how to change default ham

Hi,

i wanted to change the default HAM attributes, but i cant. 
im a total newb in swgemu modding, so i maybe totally wrong. 
what im tried: exctracted attribute_limits.iff with sie, extracted it from patch_11_00.tre, changed the values for human / rodian, then made a new tre with sie. 
now i can see the modified attribute_limits.iff and my modifications, added this new .tre to config.lua on server, and in swgemu_live.cfg
when im creating a new character, it just uses the patch_11_00.tre values. 

sorry for this newb question (and for my english), already searched for it but withot any luck.

Default HAM is tasty, leave default HAM alone.

I think it has to do something with race modifiers as well... Not sure off the top of my head which file has the limits for those.

Among other things, you need to modify races.h on the server and rebuild.

thanks, already did it, with changing profession modifiers.

datatables/creation/attribute_limits.iff
datatables/creation/profession_mods.iff
datatables/creation/racial_mods.iff

All control/contribute to HAM numbers.
