Hutt Issue using weapons

Ok. It looks like Hutt species can't carry a ranged weapon (melee is OK >>> bad animations but ok). Well, they can shoot and move while being attacked but they cannot move if staying out of attack. I tried to find a solution but no luck. Anyone know about this?.
