Need help modding a WAV file.

Hello, I wanted to create a new wav file for the "Superior Fire Power" Officer special. Could someone point me in the correct direction, thanks for any help!

When you say "create a new wav file," do you mean creating a brand new file to put into the game, or just putting a pre-made wav file into SWG?

Creating a new wave file to put into game, subsequently creating a different sound for the SFP special when used. I have a wav sound file I've created but I need to know how to implement it into the game.
