Questions about fixing problems

Sorry in advanced if this is the wrong section to put this in.

I have a two bugs not sure how to get it fixed.

1. Backpacks and Containers say there empty or appear to be empty but they actually still have things in it. How does one go about fixing this problem?
2. It also appears that Nightsisters and other mobs seem to be holding to weapons and doing double the damage.

Not sure. It’s either a client side or server side.
