Borrie's Appearance (APT) Factory

Borrie's Appearance (APT) Factory 1.0

No permission to download
APT Files, also known as Appearance Template Redirector files, "Appearance" files allow the game to point to either a LOD or MSH File for static, non skeletal meshes for objects to reference. For every new mesh that is created in SWG, an APT file must be provided for it to work in-game. Creating these files can be a bit tedious, so this factory simply creates new files based on an input list of mesh or level of detail files, creating them all at once at the touch of a button.

HOW TO USE:
Type or Paste a file name that refers to a LOD or MSH file, without the path, into the input box and press "Generate APT Files." Select the folder you'd like the files to be generated in, and hit "Okay."

You can input files with the extension "msh" or "lod" and it will be automatically processed, or you can input files without an extension at all. The tool will automatically remove '_l0' from the file name for the APT file name.

INSTALLATION:
Download and install the latest version of Sytner's Iff Editor (SIE) and install it to your computer.

Extract the contents of this ZIP file to your SIE installation folder and open the Executable (EXE) File to begin operation.
