This mod adds an extra toolbar row.
NOTE: The extra toolbar row is click only, you cannot assign hotkeys to the bar. Skills and macros must be "hard coded" with a simple text edit.

- You can modify the preset skills in row 3 by editing lines 1191 - 1378 in ui_ground_hud_toolbar.inc.
- You Must DRAG THE TOOLBAR to full size, in order to fix alignment issues that appear by default.
- Slots 9,10,11,12 are set to /macro_01, /macro_02, /macro_03, /macro_04
