Barc and other nge items to precu

How would I go about getting a barc in a pre cu server, would I have to do it server side or could it be done client side..

The BARC would need to be implemented server-side to add an actual gameplay vehicle.

Well for it to be a legit barc(proper speed included), both server side and client mods are needed. Otherwise, a client side mod swapping the model of the Barc for a speeder would allow the look. Only issue is everyone else would have them too.
