Merchant's Friend

Anyone ever use The Merchant's Friend back in live?

It still can be downloaded (at work, don't have link), but I can't get it to work. It gives me and "unhandled exception" and I'm not sure if it's SWGEmu or Windows 7 x64.

At any rate, anyone get the source code back in the day or have a newer alternative?

When exactly do you get that problem?

I've never used it (or indeed heard of it before) but it installs and opens fine on my PC (Windows XP). Not really tried it beyond opening though because I don't have any mailsaves.

All I can say is to make sure you have .NET Framework installed because that is required to run it.

Unforunately I was never a crafter or familiar with this tool either. My only suggestion would be to ensure .NET Framework is installed properly like Davin said.
