I have been using that map, but based on a couple of Echo Base run videos I watched in the last few days I believe it is wrong. From the videos it looks like the cave in the upper picture is the exit to phase 3. They show the terminal to be right beside the terminal that leads to the lower hanger.

Then it's a one way exit.
I thought that elevator led to the upper part of the hangar, to that catwalk.

Here's a different set of screenplays for all the EB elevator terms. You'll need to cross reference the cellID's with the attached snapshot file.

Don't get your hopes up just yet though.

Echo Base is so bugged atm, it's actually unplayable (well, at least on a live server). You could probably get away with it if it's a solo server, or you heavily restrict access to some rooms.

And yes, some of those terms lead to exit only rooms.

Roll a second toon and have it on follow and enter the base from outside, don't teleport in. I assume you haven't tried that yet.

Also several of the rooms are a bit buggy. That's the nicest way I could think of understating that.

It's had the best minds in SWG working on it for years now... So much so, now Alge has released his Bob Ross mod, it's going to be his next challenge :p

Yes. That bug sucks. That's why i decided to use npcs to enter/exit the Echo Base. From there, I did not have any more problems than in some rooms. Otherwise, it's playable, even if a toon is following you.
