I am looking for someone to tell me how or provide new flags in the format of the Tatooine Tapestry. A real bonus would be a static banner on a pole (single or double pole type).
I have 3 basic flags in mind - but would really like to know how to do it if I come up with more. I don't have any tools fancier than paint.net ... If I needed something more, I'd like to know that please.
The final part of the ask is for it to be a new object in game, so I don't lose any current asset - that part I know is creating the server side stuff - I can do
