Does anyone know a sure way to actually just scale the entire UI for 4k?

Okay, the game was never built for 4K.
The toolbar mod works perfectly, you must be installing it wrong.
And if you spend enough time digging around in the UI folder, I'm sure you could scale things up, but I'm unsure cause I'd just play the game at 1080p.
And Eqsanctum is still active? I was in dms with him like a month ago.
