Anyone know how to add new socials/moods into SWG?

Hey guys! Has anyone ever tried to code in new socials or moods into SWG? I wanted to see if I can make new commands that will allow the use of animations from PRE-CU into NGE if possible. I apologize in advance if this is the wrong thread to do this.

I am sure it's possible but there's really not any NGE support in MTG Forums.

Making new commands using animations is possible but like Pastafreak said there's no place for any NGE support here.
