problem with borie launcher

im try to install the borie launcher, i choose a path and a receive this message "PROVIDE MANIFEST.XML ULR HERE not find.

where i can download it?

"PROVIDE MANIFEST.XML ULR HERE" or "PROVIDE MANIFEST.XML URL HERE"?

I didn't use his program but i guess it's asking you for startup info or parameters to point the client to your server.
