This did increase my font size, which is nice for modern resolutions. However it made it so my hotbar commands for Taunt would slide to the right outside of its box and back again repeatedly. I also noticed some jitter when turning the camera, but I'm not 100% sure that's from this mod. But yeah, the sliding Taunt icons were too distracting to keep, and was fixed when I removed the mod.
