14.1 TOC file

On Era of 14.1 , there may not be TOC files, but would be lovely if someone with a knowledge could make one or already made one for a quick "restriction" of 14.1

Planning to have something better, actually, when I get around to it. I want to make a .tre viewer/extractor that shows all file versions from pub 1-17, basically like as there was a .toc, but when you click on a while, you'd have the option to grab previous version of said file.

Sadly, after pub 17 they made split out .toc files (it was inside the .tre before), so I can't do something similar for everything after, unless someone provides me with more .toc files from after 17.
