adding .tre file to server

I have modded the skills.iff and made a tre file out of it with sie. I have added it to swgemu_live.cfg , my tre folder on my server and to the config.lua file on my server. I have done this according to the guide a few posts down and a few others I have found. None of the guides mention where in the config.lua file I should put my tre. Like top, bottom or middle of the list. Or does it matter? I ask because my changes are not showing.

Pretty sure it should be at the top of the config.lua list of tre files and at the top in the client list as well.

thank you for replying. It is working now and my problem turned out to be an incorrect file structure when I made the tre file.
