i don't know why but everytime i export a DDS with SIE or older TRE explorer the dds looks corrupted cuz i don't have all of the textures.
for example i export a texture of a droid in the preview the texture looks plenty with color and details.
But when i export and open or convert i go some details and the rest looks white or transparency.

So if someone know another way to export DDS from TRE into another format that keep the texture correct i listen (or read we are in a forum).

the fact is all tools here we can only export texture DDS in DDS from TRE. and the DDS preview in windows are already look corrupted and not same as the tools preview and i don't know why.

i want edit texture or make upscale "esrgan" for some but if i got the wrong texture when i export from TRE i will get wrong texture if i edit and put back in game after.

I see, so basically, you want something that will export DDS and import back in?
 
I don't really know what you're talking about with respect to looking corrupted. It looks perfectly fine to me - the only issue I see is that you are interpretting the alpha channel as transparency in GIMP. For this texture the alpha channel is used as a specular map not as transparency so you should adjust the GIMP settings accordingly. If you don't care about the specmap, just delete the alpha channel entirely for your purposes.
