[Guide] String file modification and understanding.

See attached pdf. Just a small guide I made for some users on EIF and figured I would release it here. String files [.STF] are simple, but understanding where they are read from, etc might be confusing. This deals 100% clientside and I might add a serverside guide later.

Any questions please ask and if there are revisions that could make this guide better, do give me insight.
