v1, bad.
v2, reworked the v1 which was a bad idea.
v3, remade from scratch.
So v3 is done, will be released soon.
Then I'll be able to work on the CU interface, FINALLY.

I quit working on the mod AGES and AGES ago. I personally have just quit modding. I am too impatient and get too frustrated. Only mods I do now are things I want to see happen for myself (such as item changes and what not...and even then I almost always steal work and alter it to makke my life easier...that being said I dont steal work and then release said work as my own. Im just lazy.)
I personally look forward to YOUR mod release, with the NGE graphical changes.

Ah don't worry about it lol, I know what you mean, IT IS frustrating when you don't manage to do what you'd like, sometimes it happens after a while digging and sometimes well you drop it or go insane.
I'm hoping to release it on time and not wait too long, need to see if I can make that crazy installer where you can pick what you want, we'll see.

Yeah too many, I think I tested most fo them, at least the more famous ones (over 20 different install makers), and only one really had what I was looking for and of course it is NSIS.
There is no GUI and everything is done by scripts, but it does exactly what you want.
Being able to choose each component is needed, with a checkbox for each component etc...
That's mainly for this that I use NSIS, already got my own heavy edited script, still needs some work though.
For anything else (basic installer), anything will do really.
Ugh, haven't touched NSIS for two years and reading my old script makes me dizzy, I'll have to get back into it.
Luckily there's a lot of software for that, check out smartinstall, I think that's the name anyway.. On my phone so I cba to Google it.

Completely forgot to post the updates, silly me.
Finished the NGE UI mod, started and finished the CU one as well (it was quick), fixed a few things here and there and versions changed respectively to 3.2 and 1.2, and after extensive testing I should say that the interface mods are FINALLY done.

You don't need to be a CU/NGE fan at all, but as long as you can accept such a modification without going crazy "Zomg but the CU/NGE destroyed mah game!!" lol. Some people will never understand.
For instance take your hit particle mod (if it's still in the works), it comes from CU/NGE and I'm sure a lot of people are going to rage at it, but it doesn't matter because there are people interested.
