Reshade FilmNoirPreset for Pre-CU

This is a preset I have been having fun with. It's a darker near photo quality lighting scheme with RTGI and HDR but no additional bloom. It may show up a little differently on your screen let me know if it bugs out.

Okay got it together here's both of my preferred presets the brighter one is a great color up and the darker one feels more real in my opinion.

These are really cool; very nice work. The artistic approach and filtering to the game really brings out something interesting that no one's really done before. I look forward to seeing anything else that you do!

I've made a few updates that enhance the luster and tone. It's a fairly close color match to the original game with filmic lighting.

I shamelessly ripped the sky gradients from Borries Better Skies and updated them to work with the included reshade preset.

These settings were specifically developed on a 1060 when tested on a 3090 i needed to add antialiasing and turn off finesharpen mode2.
