Resources section of the site

I have quite a few mod files in their original entirety. I would like to know if it's ok to upload them to the resources section of the site. I would make sure the description gives credit to the original author, I just see so many files not listed anymore.
 
Forgot to ask, whats the file upload limit and size? Is it php restricted or can I just throw up a 500m file, like the SWG Audio Restoration Project.
