SWG Settings Overrider & Win 8

I can't get SWG SO to work on my computer. I've used the SO a few years ago on Win 7 and it worked great. I've tried run as admin, I've tried compatibility settings and have searched the net and can't seem to find anything.

I've tried ver 1.5 & 2.0 . If the SO has been abandoned is there another tool that does the same things as the SO? Thank you.

Yeah it's totally abandoned.

I have had it planned to make a new one some of these days, but I always have so much on my ToDo list, I can't promise any timeframe.

Could happen soon though.

With high DPI I've found you have to use borderless windowed mode, and display Windows' built in DPI scaling.

I can write this up and put somewhere with screenshots if anyone needs it.
