Figured when all else failed I would come here and ask a couple questions about the Settings Override. I've successfully used it in the past, but just got a new computer and I'm having some issues I never had before.
I had trouble from the get go with the one linked from SWGEmu.com, it would say I was missing a file (MSCOMCTL.OCX). So I downloaded a different one, not sure from where at this point but maybe Mod the Galaxy? Anyway it actually does launch and I see the Override UI, but it has no values filled in. I remember on the old one it used to tell me the base values and that made it quite a bit easier to use.
This seems like an odd problem and I was wondering if anyone had some insight into it.
