The Eclipse may have lost the project in the workspace, happens.
Basically ZonamaDev is a self-contained operating system within your own (Windows), so it wouldn't be in your C Drive unless you specifically put it there.
Now, in Eclipse right click on the left side (Project Explorer), and Import..., then from that prompt select open existing project. It should be in workspace/MMOCoreORB, but it's been quite awhile since I've used ZonamaDev so you may have to search for it within linux (the os within zonama.)
