SWG:Legends Darth Revan Apperance Mod

I saw someone post a video a couple years ago where they had a Darth Revan skin. However they never said where they got it from and I can't find it anywhere. Is this something that can be done possibly or is already done and I'm just overlooking it?

We use NGE objects in PreCU, No different really though is it?
